DropResolve provides AI-powered customer service automation for Shopify stores. The App processes incoming support tickets and generates automated replies based on your store data.

DropResolve uses artificial intelligence to generate customer replies. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing escalated tickets and final communications sent to your customers. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated replies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropResolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the App dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
