How does DropResolve AI work?

DropResolveAI uses advanced AI to automatically process customer support tickets. It analyzes incoming emails, classifies the issue, and either replies automatically with your brand's voice or escalates to you for approval. It handles WISMO, returns, refunds, complaints, and general questions.

Which platforms do you support?

We currently support Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Our AI integrates directly with your store to access order data, product information, and customer history.

Can I customize the AI's tone of voice?

Yes! During onboarding, you can configure the AI's tone of voice to match your brand. We support friendly, professional, casual, or any specific style you prefer.

How long does onboarding take?

Most stores are fully onboarded in under 30 minutes. You'll need to connect your email, upload your store knowledge base, and configure notification preferences.

What happens if the AI is unsure about a reply?

When the AI detects a complex or ambiguous ticket, it escalates to you with a recommendation. You can approve, modify, or reject the proposed reply before it's sent to the customer.
