Is there a free trial?
Yes, every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan so you can test everything before committing. If you don't upgrade after 14 days, your account simply pauses, no charges, no surprises.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
Starter includes 1,000 emails/month. Most stores use 200-400. If you exceed, we'll notify you and you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited, or pay €0.05 per extra email. We'll never shut off your service mid-month, we believe in giving you time to decide.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly. No penalties. If you downgrade mid-month, the new rate applies next billing cycle. Cancel anytime with no phone calls, no retention forms, just a button in your dashboard.
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), iDEAL for Dutch merchants, and SEPA bank transfer for EU businesses. All payments processed securely via Stripe. We're PCI compliant and your payment info is never stored on our servers.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
We don't currently offer specific discounts, but our Starter plan is designed to be accessible for solo operators. If you're running a non-profit or educational program, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
